How to measure
Measure from the shoulder seam, along the outside of the arm, to the edge of the sleeve opening.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level under the arms.
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neckline) down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
